Send us your export. A spreadsheet, a CSV, even screenshots of your old system. We tell you straight away what is missing.

Everything goes into your own Westra studio and we walk you through it with you. Nothing is live yet.
The date you choose
Keep using your old tool right up to that day. Then you stop, and Westra is already current.
It goes into your studio and nowhere else. We do not share it, sell it, or train anything on it. You can export it whenever you like, and we delete our working copy once you are live.
Most studios are staged within a week of sending their data and live on the date they choose. Bigger or messier data takes longer - we will say so before you commit.
It usually is. Missing phone numbers, duplicate names, credits tracked in somebody's head. We flag every row we cannot read and hand you the list instead of guessing.
No. Nothing changes on your side until cutover, and you can keep the old tool afterwards for as long as you want.
